Ahmed Metwally, Chairman and CEO Ahmed started his career as a developer and later became a senior consultant with ITWorx for eight years. He then became CTO of Totient Networks for two years, followed by senior enterprise strategy consultant with Microsoft for five years, and most recently became one of Ontario's up and coming entrepreneurs by founding and chairing XTEAMS Consulting Services, ConnectmeTV, and Timeline Interactive. In addition to holding his own technology patents, Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo and a Master’s degree in project management from the University of Quebec in Hull. Ahmed loves a game of Guitar Hero III, as well as skiing and playing golf, squash, and soccer. In 2010, Metwally was recognized by Endeavor Global, an international NGO, as a high impact entrepreneur who contributes to the social and economic growth of developing regions. He also received the top Forty Under 40 award by the Ottawa Business Journal. Mostafa Hafez – Cofounder and Technical Director As Technical Director, Mostafa is captain of the ship. He is responsible for setting objectives and milestones for the development team, in addition to orchestrating their efforts. Over the years, Mostafa has acquired extensive experience in the game development industry with names like Boanerges Studios and Bright Light Productions. He also cofounded and was the Technical Director of Artificial Studios where he made significant contributions to Ageia, Southpeak Interactive, Epic Games, and Crystal Interactive. Hafez graduated from Ain Shams University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Mohamed Aboul Fotouh – Art Director As the Art Director, Mohamed Aboul Fotouh is responsible for the creation and design of environments, backgrounds, characters and color schemes for the games or videos in production. His work is based on the ideas presented in cooperation with the development team. His mission is to use his creative and technical abilities to design the required visual effects which attract the designated audience. He has been a member of the Timeline Interactive team since 2009. Aboul Fotouh started his career as a teacher in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University, where he received his Bachelor Degree in 1997. Since 2000, he has been working as an Art Director in the advertising field. He has been previously employed in a number of companies, like BBDO, Hit Creative Communications, and Aroma Designs and Solutions.
